Les Femmes Underground International Film Festival!
The third annual Les Femmes Underground International Film Festival (LEFUFF)
will make its way to Arizona on Sept. 1st, at Phoenix Center for the Arts. It is the only
traveling festival that showcases exclusively feminist experimental art and narrative
work. This year it will feature films from over 30 different countries ranging in
genres from Documentary, Experimental, Narrative, Horror, Female Sexuality, and
our own concoction Psychotropic. There will be film screenings, vendors, artists,
catering, Q & A sessions with filmmakers and a performance by It’s Embarrassing.

His artistic approach to contemporary pop art has a fine art appeal with a surge of humor and whit. Aubel’s subjects vary from a Gangster Jesus to a Punk Rock Zebra. Whatever clever juxtaposition he produces, it is a true reflection of his colorful soul that leaves viewers with a fun afterthought.
